Seeing your local GP isn't always as straightforward as it may seem.

Perhaps you are too busy at work or stuck at home with young children. Finding the time to see your local GP can be very difficult, even if your surgery can offer an appointment at a time that is convenient. Sometimes patients are concerned that their worries are so trivial they don't want to bother their doctor with them or maybe are too embarrassed to speak to someone face-to-face about a nasty little itch 'down there'.

There are many reasons, but this is where Dr Mortons - the medical helpline can be of help. This unique service will allow anyone over 18 that registers in the UK to email and receive a response promptly. The helpline will be staffed between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 by experienced GMC registered doctors in the UK who can set people's minds at rest or, if needed, send some prescription-only medicines to arrive the following day, if ordered on a weekday.
