Avamys nasal spray

This prescription-only nasal spray contains fluticasone furoate, a steroid medicine that reduces inflammation and soothes your irritated nasal lining. You should start with two sprays per nostril once every morning, a few days before you expect to get symptoms, and then drop down to one spray per nostril when you feel the symptoms are under control.

Sterimar nasal hygiene spray

This gentle spray is made of natural sea water and is completely drug-free. You can use it up to six times a day, and can help you maintain general nasal hygiene, as well clearing congestion.
